    The Holy Rollers....I must vent!!!

    What may I ask is up with so many people around me that think I NEED JESUS....Ive been there,Thats why Im here.My time "with the lord",I need like I need another hole in the head,literally.

    Dont people get it....not every belief works for everyone else and what is one persons salvation is another persons poison.....

    Here's the short answer to why everyone thinks you need Jesus: because they've been brainwashed, because they are afraid that if they don't convert you they have failed and fear their own"God of Love". and because deep down they aren't as self-assured as they'd like you to be about their faith.

    I left a mainstream Christian church after being ordained for 10+ years; I attended a Christian seminary, and as I am fond of saying, it has made me a better PAgan. No ill will to Christians, some of my loved ones are very devout believers. The difference is they respect my choice.

    Follow your heart and be true to yourself. That's the best we can do. If there is any person who cannot just let you be who you are, then they are the one missing out on knowing a wonderful person.
